<<<<< There's not to much to tell really. Every once in a while I get the itch to get out and do something different. In 1976 while America celebrated 200 years as a country, I went backpacking in Europe. In 1982 I played 20th century cowboy and motorcycled across the lower forty-eight. In 1996 I got my first taste of Club Med and I told myself that no matter what I was coming back to stay for more than just a week. I earned my first diving certification at Turks in 1997 and that's when the bug got me. When I returned home I went to my local dive shop and signed up for all the classes I needed to become qualified as a scuba instructor. 1999 had just barely started when all signs pointed to a change of career and geographical location. Being the type of person who always obeys all the signs, I packed up and left. The next thirteen months of my life are chronicaled in "Sex, Surf and Sunburn, My life inside Club Med." Leaving everything behind to become a scuba bum came at a price that was more than I was prepared to pay. >>>>>
